TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply services to you. For details on how we collect and use information you provide to us, see our Privacy Policy. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

1.       OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

You can order tickets online (www.thebrucegreenfoundation.org) or via various ticket sale platforms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your contract for the purchase of tickets is formed as soon as we have processed your payment and will expire immediately after the performance of the event for which you have purchased tickets. Your tickets will be emailed to you on receipt of payment, with your email confirmation. No tickets will be posted. Please check your booking confirmation email carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you believe there is a mistake. Tickets can be paid for in advance, and in some circumstances, can be paid for on the night. This will be detailed in the event description. There are no seat allocations, seating is on a first come first serve basis.

2.       AT THE VENUE

The Folly Theatre is an open-air theatre and the auditorium, stage and lawn are completely uncovered. Visitors therefore accept that weather, climate, temperature and light conditions, which are out of our control, are an integral part of the experience and may impact on their visit. The car park is all on grass, with a stony track which is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. The seating area is also all grass, so please make sure you wear suitable footwear. Visitors are also required to bring their own seating, chairs or picnic blankets.

We reserve the right to refuse admission where we believe the welfare, comfort, enjoyment or security of our audiences may be affected. We also reserve the right at any point to request that ticket holders leave the venue and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. Reasons for refusal of entry and/or removal from the venue may include (without limitation) late arrival, being (or appearing to be) drunk, abusive, threatening or other antisocial behaviour. No refunds will be given to ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected from the venue due to their own behaviour. While we will make every effort to complete each show, we reserve the right to stop and start the show as necessary. Children shall require their own ticket and at our discretion, and in the interest of other guests, parents / guardians with children may be asked to remove noisy or disruptive children from the auditorium.

We reserve the right to add our own age restrictions and recommendations to any production; parents should check each production prior to booking. Age restrictions and recommendations for children may apply due to the nature and suitability of the show. Whilst age recommendations and restrictions may be placed on some productions, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian in advance of purchase to make their own judgement as to the suitability of a show for their own child.

We are not liable for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings, other than that caused as a result of our negligence.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the venue, including in the theatre grounds or auditorium. The use of e-cigarettes is permitted in the grounds, but not in the auditorium or on the lawn.
